The terms

We get paid after you do.

15–40% of the placement fee, on candidates we source. No retainer. No subscription. No invoice until your invoice clears. If the machine doesn't place, the machine works for free.

The pre-launch rate, frozen.

Join before 08.08 and your setup rate locks at the early number. On launch day it goes to full price and stays there. The rev-share percentage never discounts — for anyone, at any stage.

We accept 30–50% of the agencies that apply. A weak bench gets a no — we don't sell shovels to empty mines. The waitlist isn't a queue. It's an application.
